How does it mount?
The feeder will include a metal hanger and can be hung from a tree, structure, pole mount etc.
How does it charge?
We provide a USB-C cable for you to charge easily at home.
When will this product ship?
The products will ship in Oct 2023.
What material do you use？
We use weather resistant and antibacterial plastic, more will be released after launching.
How often does the nectar need to be replaced?
Nectar should be replaced approximately every 3 days. We have built-in temperature sensors in the hummingbird feeder, so we can determine when the nectar is going bad based on the local temperature, and therefore predict the timing and frequency of nectar changes.
How do you make nectar for hummingbirds?
To make the nectar, it is recommended to use a 4-to-1 ratio of water to pure white sugar. It's important to avoid using other types of sugar. You can dissolve the sugar by boiling the water or by stirring the sugar into room temperature water. If you choose to boil the water, make sure to wait until it cools down to room temperature before pouring it into your feeder.
Will squirrels be attracted to this?
Squirrels may show curiosity towards the hummingbird feeder, but they won't make a habit out of it since nectar is not a regular food source for them. They may climb and peek at the feeder, but once they realize there is no food for them, they will eventually leave. While we cannot guarantee that they won't hop on the feeder, we can assure you that they won't be feeding from it.
