DO NOT BUY!! If I could give Zero Stars I would! This monitor is terrible! It only works when it plugged in constantly. Our monitor just goes black or to the logo screen and no matter what we do it will not go back to the camera. We have to rebind the monitor almost everyday sometimes multiple times a day! I already received one replacement because the screen went black and wouldn’t turn back on and now we are having the same issues again! We had been using the original monitor for three months before it completely stopped working and now with the new one it has been 1 month and we’ve had issues since taking it out of the box! Not to mention the camera randomly goes offline so you can’t use the app either! DO NOT BUY!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This should be removed from the market for safety purposes. This monitor constantly disconnects (unbinds) from the camera and it also unbinds on the app. VERY dangerous at night or if you happen to not be constantly checking (which defeats the purpose of a baby monitor). I didn’t have trouble with support, they said they will send a refund (yet to receive this), they even sent a new system, but had the same issues with the new camera and monitor. Ended up buying a $500 monitor called Harbor, after reading reviews, it has been amazing so far. Don’t add this to your registry, you’ll be very disappointed.
It’s too expensive for a camera that only last hardly a year. It’s like this company knows that they’re products is a piece of shit. I won’t be bothering to use this coupon because honestly even with the discount it’s not worth buying again. Plus you didn’t even coupon me for the product I purchased.
This is the worst baby monitor I’ve ever had. From the very beginning it caused issues. Horrible feedback noise to the point where we can’t have the sound on. Tried multiple ways to fix. The camera is offline more than it is online. After a few months the monitor stopped working entirely (when it barely worked before) and we have to use the phone app. Which now also barely works because of the domain name issue they are having. Yet we received NO updates or answer on the issues. Reddit had more information than the actual company. Avoid any and all Netvue products (baby monitors, security cameras, birdfy).
All the cameras stopped working and there’s no assistance from anyone from netvue. Going to tell all my followers not to buy

On a basic level, it works, but it’s not worth the price. The camera frequently disconnects from the monitor. The monitor glitches often, and leaves the microphone on and it won’t turn off. I have updated the time and date several times, but it always resets when I turn the monitor off. The quality of this monitor is more in line with a $20-30 item.
The power cord broke, this is the 2nd time. Truly disappointing.
When started glitching one time factory reset helped. The button broke but i unscrewed it and fixed it a drop of super glue. Already works for 1 year.
I had mixed emotions about this the whole time I used it. I bought mine 2 years ago and the hand held monitor only just stopped working. But up until today it was still hot and miss. It would constantly disconnect and the battery didn’t hold at all. Today it just quit turning on at all.
Works great for a few weeks and than starts glitching. Then came home and my husband said the power button broke. What a joke, especially for something as expensive as this. Do not buy this product.
Complete piece of garbage. Monitor constantly glitching on blue screen and constantly disconnecting or taking way too long to load camera. Such a waste of money and the customer support is virtually nonexistent. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy something else.

Worked great for about a week. Then the monitor wouldn’t hold a charge, would only work plugged in. While plugged in it would be very hot & make terrible noises. Submitted a request to the support team & never heard back from them. Do not waste your money.
This is hands down the worst camera I have used for my babies. The handle held units do not hold a charge. So I kept it plugged in. While it was plugged in 24/7 the monitor started to glitch and make loud screachy noises Do not waste your money on this unit. I would recommend hello baby or tech any other camera would be better then this piece of .
Packaged neatly and securely! The monitor arm is sturdy and turns easily without feeling like it’s going to fall over. The vice clamp feels a little less lower quality on the plastic but doesn’t feel like it’s going to snap upon first use. Excited to use it
This camera is the third baby camera I’ve gotten and the last I finally found one that has everything I want the picture is clear, has a bendable base you can wrap around crib or screw the clamp tighter and put the extension in to have it up high. It’s easy to install and easy to use. Has two way audio and plays lullaby’s I could go on and on but instead I’m going to tell you if you get it you won’t regret it!

This baby monitor is very easy to put together and move around, the clamp has a good grip and size making it easy to move from place to place, I have it holding onto a planter in my living room.
I watched the YouTube video and tried a few times to connect. Well it took a friend to help me skip that step, connecting to baby monitor, and just connect to app on my phone. After that all was good. App is easy to use. The speaker on camera is REALLY good. Pic quality is decent. It has baby songs included. Cute. So all in all I’d recommend this camera. Definitely worth the price.
The video quality is better than any other wifi camera I've owned. The picture quality is crisp and clear. The motion sensing works well and notifies you immediately.

The camera has great resolution and as long as you have a secure wifi network I had no problems with connecting my Peekababy camera. The pairing of the monitor to the camera is sensitive so make sure you are within 1 meter of the device so its “binding” feature doesn’t fail. I find the QR code pairing extremely convenient and made the set up process easy. The sound quality is to my liking and I like that the app is capable of displaying my other Netvue cameras if I decide to add it.
This is the second Peekababy I have purchased, as I have enjoyed my current one, and need another for traveling. My first baby monitor was a V-Tech one, and i really didnt like it because of the barrel plug charger. this meant that when the monitor needed to be charged, I had to go to one place to charge. The Peekababy was the perfect monitor, as I have USB-C chargers all over the house, so i can keep it charged wherever I am. The second biggest pro here is the crib mount. The mount is not a popular feature, and when we don't have a shelf nearby, this is a great solution. I have seen this on the nanit, but that is significantly more expensive.
This camera performs just as I expected. I have several Netvue cameras, and this one offers even better picture quality. Setup was a breeze, and the support team is always responsive.
