1. Estimated Delivery

Orders usually will be dispatched within 48 hours EXCEPT your pre-order products. Please refer to the specific estimated shipping date for the pre-order item(s).  You will receive a tracking confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse. 
Additional details:
  • Orders placed before 2:30 pm PST Monday to Friday will usually get shipped out the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:30 pm PST Monday to Friday will usually get shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekends will usually be processed and shipped out the following Monday.
Please note that there might be delays due to an increased volume of orders on certain days or holidays. If you are in a rush, we would recommend you to check with us before your place the order.

2. Shipment Cost

We offer free shipping for US only. International shipping is available with a rate depending on the destination. Please check our delivery cost table for more information. Netvue collaborates with the leading carriers in the business to ensure your shipment experience. Global shipment might happen sometimes for delivery and we might not be responsible for any cost by customs.

3. Delivery Time & Restriction

Orders placed on the Netvue official website can be shipped to the following countries and regions:
We will try our best to deliver your package according to the estimated delivery time. However, we might not be responsible for any inevitable delay or irrelevant damage from a third party or natural issue.
Delivery Restriction:
US France Spain
District Ristriction Delivery to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam is not accepted. Do not use the PO BOX address. PO.BOX address is not accepted. Delivery to Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Canary Islands is not accepted.
Postcodes Restriction - Postcodes not accepted: 00XXX, XXX98, 96XXX, 971XX-978XX, 984XX, 986XX-988XX, 99XXX, 980XX, 20/2A/2BXXX, 22870, 29242, 29253, 29259, 29990, 56360, 56690, 56780, 56840, 85350, Postcodes beginning from 97000 to 99999 are not accepted, Postcodes beginning with 20 are not accepted. Postcodes from 07000 to 07999, 51000 to 51999, 52000 to 52999, 35000 to 35999, 38000 to 38999 are not accepted

4. Track Your Order and Shipment

There are 2 ways to track your orders:
  1. You can track your order status by clicking on the link in the email confirmation that will be sent to you after your order placement.
  2. You can track your order status easily via the online order history your order easily via the online order history on netvue.com.
How to find your order history?
  1. login in to netvue.com here.
  2. Under My Account, click My Orders.
  3. Click Order History on the item you want you track.
  4. On the Order Details page, click Track your order.
Note: If you still cannot track your order, please email us via shop@netvue.com to check it.

5. Ownership, Terms and Risk

You are responsible for making sure of the correctness and accuracy of your address. For any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss. We might not be responsible for any loss due to the incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction. Generally, orders that have been shipped out cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel the order(s) that has/have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Netvue is not responsible for any duty or any charge. When the products are delivered, you are responsible for checking the order is complete and undamaged. You need to check the products carefully for any damage before you sign for the delivery.
