I bought the Vigil Pro camera just a couple months of go in 2020. The camera stopped recognizing the micro SD card within 1 month. I have re-set the camera numerous times, replaced the micro sd card 4 times, put in larger GBs, have formatted, followed instructions and the camera still does not recognize the card. Very frustrating because it was the main reason why I bought the camera.
As for the picture quality, I am very happy. It is just an excellent picture. If the SD card would work, I would give this camera 5 stars. I am not going to spend anymore money on this camera. The SD cards, all name brand, work in other devices, just not this Vigil Pro camera. From what I am seeing/reading, this is a serious issue for this particular camera.

This is my second Netvue camera. The first was great but the motion was way to sensitive. They have since pushed a new update and it works perfectly!! My new one worked great straight out of the box! It was already up to date! If you want great 24 hour surveillance this is the one to choose! The night vision is crystal clear!

This is an amazing security camera! The night vision is super clear and the connectivity to the phone is impeccable. It was very easy to install and I definitely plan on adding a second and third one to other parts of my house soon! The added layer of security and comfort is unbeatable and I feel a lot better when I am away from home. I highly recommend this product.

I recently bought this camera to monitor my Front door. I installed the device in it's place and working properly. The build quality of this camera is good, and the night/IR range is quite good. Price is not that bad compared to the quality.
Some features are SD card playback, good mic/speaker for audio, and great night vision, quick alerts to phone, motion detection. Setup requires some attention and only uses 2.4GHZ wifi. This camera is not accessible via PC. You can access only through the phone.

This camera is great for its price! It’s easy to install and set up to wifi. However, if you don’t have power tools to drill the holes, it will be difficult to install. I love how this camera has a wide field of view and you are able to zoom in. The night vision is nice too!
Tip: if you plan to put this inside (facing a window) you will get glare unless your room is completely dark or your put a dark cloth in the background to reduce the glare.

This is my 2nd Netvue camera and I continue to be impressed! My 1st is the most-basic intro 1080p bullet cam they make, and it's worked nearly flawlessly for more than a year now. Adding a 4MP onto my system really opened my eyes to what I've been missing, and I'll probably be replacing the old 1 with another of this model. The WiFi connection is much more stable, the video is crystal clear, and setup was just as simple as ever. As an added bonus, the upgraded pivot mount is excellent! They've dramatically increased the potential mounting locations since we now have much more control over the angle the camera is pointed. I highly recommend Netvue to anyone who's just starting out their first DIY security system, for both the affordability and the reliability.

Let me start off by saying that if you are in the market for a camera that takes great video quality and can be accessed from anyone then you are definitely in the right place! I set these up around the outside of my home. I have yet to have any issues with them at all! The waterproofing has definitely lived up to the standards now approaching the 2 year mark. They've been through the cold, the wet, the sunny, and the windy days here and they are still working 100%!! I know what you are thinking; what about the night vision and picture quality? Night vision is astonishingly good on these cameras. They can sometimes see things even I can't! As for day time quality they are just as good if not better I would highly recommend these cameras if you are looking for an affordable way to keep your home safe and have instant eyes on what you want to see at all times. Thank you NETVUE for an amazing product and for such wonderful customer service when I've had questions or needed troubleshooting help!

I could see that much thought and consideration was put into the design. The software installation was a breeze! Once I downloaded the app and turned on the camera, the app immediately recognized the camera and just a few simple steps later my camera was ready to work.

What with crime increasing around our neighborhood we decided to add a little more security without going overboard. This additional camera, mounted over the garage, gives us a large view of our (long) driveway and several feet of yard on both sides. It was fairly easy to set up. We are pleased with its performance and would recommend.
